We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, e-gift certificates.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to process your order if we cannot obtain authorization from your credit card company.
We will keep your order on file for 72 hours before it will be canceled.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer a number of shipping options to fit our customer's needs.

During checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order. It will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take great pride in our products and it’s important that you are completely satisfied and love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange for the value of the merchandise. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, with no signs of washing or use. All tags must be attached.

•Please send the return item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will happily exchange the item(s) for another or refund the payment.

•Exchanges are dependent on existing inventory.

•Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

•Merchandise returned after 30 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a store credit.

•Refunds will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and the refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card or store credit..

•Simply send returns & exchanges to our Santa Cruz location with a brief note as to the reason for the return or exchange as well as your shipping invoice that came with your order.
